Lobby Senator Obama on Retroactive Immunity for Telecommunications Companies
Senator Barrack Obama once vowed “to support a filibuster of any bill that includes retroactive immunity for telecommunications companies”. Citizens who would like to express their views to Senator Obama should go to his website http://my.barackobama.com/page/s/mypolicy and express their views.
Senator Obama has reversed his position and I congratulate him. I have sent Senator Obama an email thanking him for supporting President Bush’s policy to use intelligence agencies to find terrorists who threaten Americans.
With no terrorist attacks for almost seven years since September 11, 2001, taking an aggressive approach against the enemy has certainly made us safer. Companies asked by the United States government responsible agencies to cooperate should not be subjected to harassing lawsuits.
